The Screen Co-Ordinates of a Windows Monitors depends on Screen Width and Screen Height in terms of pixels. X Co-Ordinates starts at 0 from Top Left Corner of the Screen and increases towards right hand side. On the other hand the Screen Y Co-Ordinates starts at 0 at the top left corner of the screen and increases towards bottom of the screen. In case of Multiple Monitor Windows Computer, the Screen co-ordinates of secondary monitors are configurable from Control Panel.
